Refund Policy
We will provide a FULL refund to anyone who purchases a ticket and requests a refund 30 minutes BEFORE an event takes place. Once an event has started, we cannot provide you with a full refund.
Check-in Procedure at the Bar
All venues have access to a list of attendees, although printing off the ticket will speed up the check-in process. Multiple tickets can be purchased for others, and if a name is not provided we will issue those individuals a ticket number. They will need to present this ticket number to the bar along with the name of the buyer in order to redeem the offer.
